No — the canvas is completely free to use with no account needed. A quick, free Google sign-in is only required when you export or save a diagram.

Is my diagram saved anywhere?

It autosaves to your browser's local storage as you work. If you sign in, you can also save it to your account and reopen it later from Templates → Open, from any device.

Can I export my diagram?

Yes — export as a PNG image or an SVG vector file from the Export menu in the toolbar.

Which vendors' device icons are included?

Generic router, switch, firewall, server, load balancer, and wireless AP icons, plus vendor-flavored variants for FortiGate, Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto devices.

Can I add notes that are not tied to a device?

Yes — right-click anywhere on the empty canvas and choose Add text to drop a free-standing note you can place and style independently.
